Over the years, we’ve created a contract that we believe strikes the right balance between protecting our business and ensuring peace of mind for our clients. Weddings are one of the biggest investments a couple will ever make, and a well-written contract helps eliminate uncertainty.
It clearly lays out the details—what’s included, the timeline for services, how payments are structured, and what happens in case of unexpected changes. This way, there are no surprises, no misunderstandings, and no stressful guessing games.
Why a Contract Is So Important

Flexibility for Our Clients
We know every wedding is unique, which is why we’re flexible. If you’d like to adjust parts of the agreement—whether it’s removing something you don’t need or adding services that matter most to you—we’re always open to customizing. Our main priority is making sure you receive the best service possible while feeling comfortable and confident along the way.
The Retainer: Securing Your Date
Once the agreement is signed, we require a 50% retainer to officially lock in your wedding date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the wedding. This retainer is part of your total package cost, not an extra fee—it simply secures your place on our calendar and ensures we’ll be there for you. Of course, we provide documentation for everything, including:
- A receipt for each payment.
- A copy of the signed agreement.
- A booking confirmation so you know your date is secured.
